Subterranean Termites
Subterranean termites live in underground colonies and usually have tens to hundreds of thousands of members per colony. Damage to a structure can go unnoticed for years after an initial infestation and is normally first detected by a swarm of ‘flying termites’ or structural wood damage. These termites also build distinctive tunnels called mud tubes and this can be seen creeping along walls or other infested areas.

Treatment for subterranean termites is a precise process. Termite biology, behavioral characteristics and building structure are all taken into account when determining treatment procedure. As a client it is in your best interest to choose a knowledgeable pest management provider in order to prevent costly mistakes and retreatments.
