About Us
Budget Pest Control was founded in December 2005 by Hue and Jesusa Ferguson. Starting off as just a small husband and wife team, Budget Pest Control has grown to become the largest full service pest control provider in Grand Bahama today.

Both husband and wife acquired experience in the pest control/agriculture industries. Hue discovered his passion for pests as a vector control specialist in the Department of Environmental Health, while Jesusa received a BS in Agricultural Technology. After working in vector control for 25 years, they decided to start their own company.
Hue and Jesusa's oldest daughter Olimpia Ferguson joined the company in 2017 after graduating from The Ohio State University with a BS in Entomology. During university, she specialized in urban and industrial entomology and conducted a research study on bed bugs which won a national award from the Entomological Society of America. After completing her studies, she gained additional experience in the industry by working for a fortune 100 company as an entomologist and also for a top pest control company in the US. She now works diligently with her parents, learning the in's and out's of pest control in the Bahamas. Together along with their entire company team, they are striving to make Budget Pest Control the premier pest control provider in the nation.
